In-Ground Sewer & Stormwater Repairs
Broken sewer pipes, tree-root damage and failing stormwater lines don't fix themselves — but repairing them shouldn't mean trenches across your lawn. ProFix diagnoses underground problems with a CCTV drain camera, pinpoints the fault with an electronic pipe locator, and excavates only where required. You get a fixed-price quote before a single shovel hits the ground.
Signs of a damaged underground pipe
Drain blockages that keep returning no matter how often they're cleared
Stormwater overflowing during heavy rain
Water pooling in the yard, or ground that seems to be sinking
Sewer smells outdoors, or an overflowing Overflow Relief Gully
Damage found during a CCTV inspection after a blockage
Diagnose first, dig second
The order matters. First, a CCTV inspection establishes exactly what's wrong and where. Then the electronic locator marks the position and depth of the damaged section from above ground. Only then do we quote — fixed price, before any excavation — and dig precisely where the problem is, not where we guess it might be. The failed section is replaced with new compliant PVC pipe and fittings, tested thoroughly, backfilled and left tidy. Lawns, gardens and driveways stay as untouched as physically possible.
Why accurate location saves you money
Exploratory digging is the expensive part of underground repairs — every unnecessary metre of trench adds labour, restoration and mess. Because we locate faults electronically before excavating, most repairs replace just the affected section rather than the whole line. Accurate diagnosis is the difference between a targeted repair and a landscaping bill.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can my hot water system be repaired, or does it need replacing?
01
We assess first. If a repair is practical and cost-effective we'll recommend it; if replacement offers better long-term value we'll explain why and give you options — with a fixed price either way.
How long does a hot water system replacement take?
02
Most standard replacements are completed within a few hours, depending on the system type and any required upgrades. Same-day replacement is often possible — call early.
Which hot water system is best for my home?
03
It depends on household size, hot water usage, available energy source and budget. We'll explain the pros and cons of electric, gas and heat pump options and help you choose — no upselling.
Do you remove the old unit?
04
Yes — removal and disposal of your old system is part of the installation.
