Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Once we've assessed the problem, we explain what's required and provide an upfront fixed-price quote before any work begins — no hidden surprises or unexpected hourly charges. If additional issues are uncovered during the work, we discuss them with you first and price them before proceeding.
No call-out fee between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday — we'll come to your property, assess the issue and provide an obligation-free fixed-price quote. Outside these hours (evenings, weekends and public holidays) an after-hours call-out fee of $220 including GST applies, and we'll always confirm any fees with you before attending.
Yes, wherever possible — particularly for urgent plumbing problems. Whether we can attend today depends on existing bookings, urgency and your location. If we can't get to you the same day, we'll offer the earliest available appointment and keep you informed.

Wherever a repair is safe, practical and good long-term value, we'll recommend the repair. If replacement is the better option, we'll explain why — and the decision stays yours.
Yes — our workmanship is backed by a 5-year guarantee. We use quality materials from trusted trade suppliers, so the work holds up long after we've left.
For most jobs, yes — particularly where we need access inside the property. If you're unsure, ask when you book and we'll let you know exactly what's needed.
Absolutely. We respect your home and leave every work area as clean and tidy as possible before we go.
Either. Almost everything we supply comes through Reece — quality trade products chosen to last, not bargain-bin fittings. We're also happy to install customer-supplied taps, toilets and appliances provided they're suitable and comply with Australian Standards.
