What to do while you wait for the plumber

If it's safe to do so, turn off your water at the main isolation valve — usually near your front boundary, water meter or garden tap. This stops most leaks getting worse. If you can't find it, call us and we'll guide you over the phone. For suspected gas leaks, turn off the gas supply at the meter if safe, open windows, and avoid switches and flames.

We complete the repair, test the system thoroughly, clean up, and tell you plainly if anything needs future attention.
