After years with established plumbing businesses, he wanted to build something different: a company that puts honesty, quality workmanship and genuine customer service ahead of sales targets.
Today, ProFix is family-owned and based in Kenmore. What defines the business isn't one person — it's the way every job is run: clear communication from the first phone call, upfront fixed pricing, quality materials, and workmanship guaranteed for five years. As ProFix grows, every member of the team is held to the standards the business was founded on.
